Tenuta Fratini is a cutting-edge Tuscan winery with approximately 20 hectares of vineyards distributed in the vicinity of Bolgheri. Harte is a wine with a distinctive character; its name pays homage to the union of art and winemaking. Sculptures have been installed among the vineyard rows where this wine originates, placed there both for aesthetic appeal and to highlight the artistic dimension of the winemaker's craft. The Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from vineyards planted on the limestone soils of Torre di Donoratico, in the hamlet of Castagneto Carducci (province of Livorno). Here, sea breezes cool the vineyards, ensuring good acidity and vibrancy in the wines. Following careful grape selection and manual harvesting, fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, and the finished wine rests for 12 months in used oak barrels. In the glass, the wine reveals a brilliant ruby ​​hue. Its aromatic profile is expressive and fragrant, featuring notes of sweet red fruit and floral nuances set against a gently spicy background. On the palate, it is round and smooth, balanced by refreshing acidity and polished, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and lively, echoing notes of wild berries. It is an ideal pairing for Tagliata (Italian sliced ​​beef steak) or fettuccine with wild boar ragù.
